Unsatisfactory bathroom lighting.

I always return for my city break. The staff kindly guided me to the place I needed. This place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, bar, and breakfast. Plus, the no smoking policy ensures a comfortable stay.

Exceptionally comfortable beds, a mini bar fridge, tea and coffee making equipment, and a work desk in the room. Had breakfast in the dining room.

The location and staff were beautiful, I liked it. I had good days staying at this boutique hotel.

I recently stayed at the Charles Bridge Palace for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel, which is over 100 years old, is absolutely beautiful. My room, with its river view, was incredibly spacious and even had a separate walk-in dressing room. The bathroom was large and the room itself was huge. Breakfast at the hotel was a highlight - it was hot, tasty, and offered a great variety of options. The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walk away from the iconic Charles Bridge. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed at this lovely hotel for 4 nights during our visit to Prague. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the old town and Charles Bridge. The tram stop nearby made it easy to explore the city. Our room was spacious with 2 separate bedrooms, which was ideal for our family. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of food including freshly baked cakes and good coffee.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff are efficient, the hotel is beautifully appointed and with top location right by the Charle's Bridge and a ground floor bar opening to street.

I liked my 4 nights stay. The staff was understanding and courteous, the breakfast offered was adequate with plenty of food. The venue was set in the very central position close enough to Europe's largest nightclub as well as Charles Bridge. Plus, a historic square was close by.

The hotel had a prime location just steps away from the famous clock tower and a short walk to the castle. , it was just next to the Charles Bridge which made it great for sightseeing. The breakfast offered a great variety of hot food and was tasty. The rooms were spacious and had modern bathrooms that were well-appointed. friendly staff were attentive to our needs with good service throughout our stay.

The nightclub nearby played loud music until the early hours of the morning which made for a poor night's sleep.

The room was beautiful, food was good, and we had a wonderful time. There were a safe, a mini bar fridge and a sitting area in the room, loved that.

Gorgeous breakfast with variety of options, convenient and fairly clean place. I appreciated having central heating, multi-channel TV and a mini-fridge-bar. Large beds & luxury bathroom. Cozy room, exceptional pleasant staff, perfect location close to centre. Early check in and good service.

The property was fairly clean and stylish, had fab staff and location. I liked having a metro station within 10 minutes walk. It was a REALLY ENJOYABLE experience overall.

The hotel was well-kept and clean, with the rooms being spacious and quiet. the highlight was definitely the breakfast, which offered a delicious and varied selection. the staff was friendly and accommodating, even helping to arrange a surprise champagne delivery for my birthday.

The noise at night from nearby cafes and nightclubs, although it didn't affect our sleep too much. the internet connection was also a bit unreliable and slow.

We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful old building and modern bathroom facilities. The staff quickly solved our problem with the electrics failing on our last night. The breakfast buffet was great and we enjoyed our stay. we would recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of items to choose from.

The hotel is conveniently located near all the historical attractions. The buffet breakfast is included and delicious. The staff is attentive and friendly. The hotel's furnishings are elegant. I enjoyed taking romantic strolls in Prague's gardens.

Oh, how I loved the musty smell and the spiders between the windows. It was such a joy to be woken up by drunk groups from the nightclub opposite.

The plumbing in the hotel seems to be outdated, as the shower temperature fluctuated depending on the usage of the toilets. Additionally, the room design was a bit uncomfortable, with windows facing the hallway, leaving little privacy when opened.

Located close to the river and Charles Bridge, this hotel has spacious, clean rooms with two bathrooms and helpful staff who even arranged early breakfast for a group. There is a good selection of food at the buffet breakfast, and the hotel's placement near the Old Square and tram stops makes it easy to explore the city on foot. The quiet location and well-heated rooms ensure a comfortable stay.

The rooms were so charming, with beautiful views of the Charles Bridge and Prague Castle. The renovated rooms had everything I needed - a coffee set, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home.

The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect. It was right in the city center, near the Old Town, and everything I wanted to see and do was within walking distance. The view from my room was also fabulous, with a beautiful river and clock tower right outside my window. The room itself was nice and clean, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. I especially loved the antique-looking furniture and the paintings on the walls, it really gave the place a luxurious feel. The staff here were also amazing, they were helpful, accommodating, and very polite. I had a great stay here with enhanced comfort and quality services.

While there were some minor drawbacks, I would still recommend this hotel to others. The noise from outside could be quite loud, especially with the traffic and teams running by directly outside the window.

My favorite hotel in Prague, the staff was kind! It was neat and beautifully designed place, adequate rooms. Also, a medieval timepiece was at a short distance. I liked the room, the bed was comfortable.
